Just stayed by the airport with a free shuttle. LOVED the breakfast - full Irish vibes. Staff were amazing! Definitely coming back. Better than the pics! 😉👍

While the view wasn't ideal and breakfast was at an extra cost, the convenient location, friendly staff, and clean environment overshadowed minor issues. The free shuttle and easy check-out process were delightful touches.

Comfortable rooms close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service. Some staff were welcoming, while others were less so. Breakfast was pricey but the location was a highlight. On-site parking comes with an extra cost but overall a decent choice for a pre-flight stay.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant, Runway 28, exceeded our expectations with exquisite food on Valentine's night. Comfy rooms and friendly staff made check-in/out a breeze. However, refurbishment noise on our suite floor was a downside, and the lack of security for suite access was concerning. Overall, a convenient location near the airport with a good shuttle service.

I chose Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport solely for its proximity to the ever-popular coastal village of Malahide, where I could explore award-winning bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops within 15 minutes of the hotel. The KittyHawks restaurant provided a relaxed and intimate dining experience in stylish and sophisticated surroundings, offering a full evening menu with an early bird offer of two courses for €24.

The hotel exuded a touch of elegance with its tasteful decor and comfortable seating areas, perfect for having a relaxed chat with friends or colleagues. The general areas were easily accessible for senior people, with wide corridors and well-placed handrails, making it easy to navigate. Additionally, the free shuttle service to and from the airport made it a stress-free choice for senior travelers, providing convenience and peace of mind.

The only thing I would ask for is a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have the children of the staff pay more attention to the specific needs and preferences of senior guests.

The mouth-watering cocktails at the heated Runway 28 Rooftop Terrace & Bar were a delightful surprise, and the exclusive view of the runway made me feel like a VIP watching a live action movie of planes taking off and landing.

I particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality and willingness of the staff to assist with any requests. the location was ideal for a quick stopover, allowing me to rest and rejuvenate before continuing my journey.

While my overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, I believe there is room for improvement in the pricing aspect. Some guests might find the cost slightly on the higher side compared to previous stays.

the carlton hotel dublin airport is super close to the airport. cleanliness is top-notch. staff like joelle - david - catalina, and natalia were awesome. they helped with shuttle and even organized a taxi for us. we got some sweet treats for our honeymoon.

The shuttle bus drivers were also very friendly and made my transportation to the airport a breeze. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service from the night staff, particularly a young lady who promptly upgraded our room when we requested a change due to noise. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep before our early morning flight. Additionally, the meal I had in the hotel's dining area was absolutely delicious. I felt secure and well taken care of during my stay.

This allowed me to explore the award-winning bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops, enhancing my overall experience.

Staff were appalling, with zero interest in the guests. Front reception staff bounced us about during check-in, and the ordering of a taxi was mishandled.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the rental car return area in Terminal 2, making it convenient for travelers. The proximity to the airport is also a plus, allowing for easy access to flights. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right near the airport and had a free shuttle service which made our stay very convenient. The room service was exceptional and the housekeeping staff were always available to provide extra amenities. The terrace was a great spot to sit and enjoy the garden furniture while having a welcome drink from the bar.

We did have a small issue with one of the reception staff who couldn't find our reservation, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and provided great service. Despite this small hiccup, we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay with great service.
